lovely stay
helpful staff clean room comfortable bed
i was pleased with the helpfulness of the staff, especially nafissa from kazakhstan (she was great!). the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. hypoallergenic bed sheets were provided.
the hotel lacked saunas or a swimming pool, despite inaccurate information online. there was only a very small one in the basement that required payment.

the staff was friendly and ready to assist when needed. vira stood out as an extraordinarily kind and helpful member of the team. the hotel staff were really nice when i forgot some personal items.

the breakfast is an experience. it is not just because of the delicious food but also due to the charming ambiance of the breakfast room. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

the rooms were comfortable, with the bathroom being especially noteworthy (spacious and warm). the room was cosy, and the hotel was beautiful and clean. the pillow menu was very useful, i thought.

friendly staff large bed
the staffs friendliness did surprised me greatly, its like the whole team were extra lovely. the public transport near the hotel was very handy, it passes often. i had a large bed also it were comfortably.

The staff were very friendly. My room, a superior DOUBLE or twin room, had a Good temperature. the bathroom were NICE.
My room was awful. It was an attic style room. The way the curtains was hung, it made it very difficult to get around the bed. I had to Keep stooping and tripped over the curtain because it was lying on the floor. my room number was 402.

my suite featured tasteful decor and modern amenities. the room had two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and plush towels. i liked the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar.
the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.
